This product includes free two man premium white glove delivery. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be processed within 24 hours. We will then email you with details of your appointed delivery partner.

Once the delivery partner has received your order in full, they will contact you via email and SMS within 48 hours to arrange delivery. You will receive a 3 hour delivery time slot the day before delivery, and on the day of delivery you will also receive a tracking link with live tracking. The delivery team will call around 30 minutes prior to arrival.

If the proposed delivery is not suitable, it can be declined at no extra charge, and the delivery partner will do their best to accommodate your needs.

For this product, you can select assembly and old bed disposal at checkout. Old bed disposal applies to divan bases & bed frames only and must be disassembled before delivery. These services can also be added after placing your order if required.

Returns: If you change your mind, you may return this product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process.

This bed base arrives ready built or part assembled depending on size — 2'6 and 3'0 sizes come as one piece, while 4'0 to 6'0 sizes come in two parts for easy access.

1. Position the two base halves together in the room (where required) and align them evenly.
2. Secure the halves with the linking bars and bolts provided.
3. Screw the bed legs or glides into the pre-drilled sockets underneath the base.
4. Attach your headboard to the fixing points at either end of the base, using the screws provided.
5. Lift the ottoman platform to check the gas pistons are seated correctly, then lower gently.

Tip: Two people are recommended for positioning the base. Keep the gas pistons closed during transit and setup.
